Kelli Wascom entered the real estate industry in 2006. She quickly rose to be a top producer in her office and served on the leadership counsel for several years, focusing on the areas of productivity and culture of the office. Kelli also won recognition for her representation of the organization’s culture consecutively for two years. She served as a director for the Livingston Board of Realtors for several years, including organizing charity events and community outreach programs. In 2015, she left her previous company to help launch one of the fastest growing independent brokerages in the country, and has been instrumental in the development of recruiting and productivity systems.
Kelli is married to her husband of 14 years, Jeremy, and has two children, Alyssa and Jacob.
Amy Dupree enjoys helping women achieve balance in their work, home life, and relationships. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in education. After a career in secondary education, Amy worked as a multi-million dollar producing REALTOR for Dupree Terrell and Company. She was certified as a trainer for an international real estate franchise, and then helped to found an independent brokerage, KDK Capital Region Realty. KDK is one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in the Gulf South region, using innovation and technology to attract top talent in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Amy has been instrumental in creating training content and advising agents on their business. Happily married to Jonathan Dupree for 20 years, she is fortunate to be the mother of two sons, Noah (16) and Jaden (12). Amy Dupree is also a certified John Maxwell trainer and coach.
Wendy Brecher Dawson, Associate Broker
Wendy began her career in real estate in January, 2003.
After several years with the listing and selling side of the business, she moved on to the position of Director of Relocation, with Coldwell Banker Mackey Company, Baton Rouge, LA.
In 2006, she joined with Keller Williams Realty and launched the Denham Springs, LA location, as the CEO. She grew that office to 82 agent partners, and the number 7 office in the Greater Baton Rouge MLS in just 18 months. This is where she developed her passion and skills for coaching others to achieve their business goals helping numerous agents and teams surpass their goals.
Wendy’s leadership skills are not just with in the world of real estate. Prior to entering the real estate field, she was a manager for several retail corporations. While with those companies, she worked side by side with other management and associates to develop their skill levels, productivity and overall performance. She was part of the District Management Team with Just For Feet, and successfully worked to develop a seven store market, with each store producing more than $50 Million in revenue annually.
